As a result of the nature of many of the items offered through the Boston Collection, certain items are not eligible for return.  For those items eligible for return, such returns must be made no later than 30 DAYS from the date of your original order.  Additionally, items eligible for return must be submitted in strict conformance with the Process[CPJI3]  defined below.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method (i.e. credit card, debit card, etc.) for the purchase price you paid, plus tax.  Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Photograph Orders

We are only able to accept returns for defective or incorrect photograph orders.  Any request for return must be made within 30 DAYS of your order. 


We are happy to accept returns on non-personalized and non-special order items within 30 DAYS of your order. 


Regretfully, unless we have made an error in the personalization or in fulfilling your special order requests, we cannot honor any cancellation or return of a personalized or special order item.  All such sales are final upon payment receipt.  Examples of special order and personalized items may include:

i.               Personalized products, commemoratives or reprint pages for a specific date or recipient;

ii.              Autographed items or hand signed memorabilia (such items are authenticated before shipping and all such sales are final).


In order to receive an eligible refund you must:


i.               Provide your name and mailing address:

ii.              Provide the relevant Order Number;

iii.            Return the damaged merchandise in its original packaging; and

iv.            Return the item to Digital Silver Imaging 9 Brighton Street Belmont, MA 02478

v.              Include the original packing slip and/or documentation; and

vi.            Describe the reason for your return.
